Reduce Property Taxes

Over the past several years the real estate market has hit record highs. This has translated to higher tax assessments on real property and higher taxes paid by homeowners. Though the tax rate has not increased, assessment values have, therefore, dramatic increases have occurred annually. I will support lower tax rates for our property owners! I have owned on my own real estate and paid property taxes since the age of twenty-three and absolutely understand the burden of year-after-year increases in property taxes. I will promote and encourage property tax credits to senior citizens living on a limited income.
